Delivery

Within 20 business days from the scheduled production start or confirmed full payment, whichever is later · carrier transit included

Each YGamerDesk is made to order and hand decorated. We apply the artwork and decorative details, pour and cure the clear epoxy, then finish and inspect the desk by hand. Time for that work is part of the care behind your desk.

Your order starts processing as soon as full payment is confirmed. Confirmation is often immediate, but some payment methods or checks take longer.

We order parts and materials only after payment is confirmed and the funds are available to YForge. If payment processing or settlement affects your agreed delivery date, we will contact you for an agreed revised date or a prompt full refund. We will not silently restart your delivery clock.

Written artwork approval is required before decoration. The 20-business-day production and delivery window after the scheduled start window includes artwork review and shipping; it does not restart automatically after approval. Any delay requires your agreement or a prompt full refund. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

Ships disassembled from Massachusetts. Nationwide desk delivery from Massachusetts. Shipping and handling are calculated for your delivery address, including protective packaging, and shown with applicable tax before payment. The delivery charge you accept is final for the same order and address. The charge shown before payment is final for your order and address. We confirm the finished package dimensions and weight before dispatch.

A moonlit city and ninja-inspired tabletop concept with dramatic shadows and a night-sky backdrop.

This collection desk keeps the design shown. Your final artwork is confirmed in writing before production. To add your own pictures, text or gamer tag, choose a separate custom desk in our Design Studio.

Room previews and gaming equipment are illustrative and are not included unless your order lists them. Recognizable game or anime characters require commercial-use permission; concept previews do not imply a publisher partnership.

Clean with a soft cloth, keep liquids away from the controls, and follow the included assembly and care guide. For help with a purchase, choose your order in our support center.
