Projects start at $5,000. Package options are individually quoted for your room and chosen scope. Your written quote specifies surfaces, quantities, materials, custom pieces, labor, exclusions and schedule. Room size, preparation and selected features affect the total. Arcade benches, epoxy work and specialist features are quoted individually unless expressly included.

  2. Measure & agreeWe measure for accuracy, discuss project details and review the contract together. The agreed deposit is due at the measurement visit under your signed contract.
  3. Order & buildAfter signing and receiving the agreed deposit, we begin ordering materials promptly and confirm timing around availability.

Payment plans can be discussed in your proposal. No payment is taken to request a quote.

Standard estimated turnaround: 30 business days from the agreed project start date. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Your written proposal and signed agreement confirm the start date and project-specific schedule, including material availability, site access and any specialist work. Timing changes are agreed in writing.
