Desk delivery quotes

Nationwide desk delivery from Massachusetts. Shipping and handling are calculated for your delivery address, including protective packaging, and shown with applicable tax before payment. The delivery charge you accept is final for the same order and address. We show the complete quoted delivery charge and tax before payment. Existing signed orders keep their accepted charges.

Made to order

Orders are open now and enter our production queue. New production batches begin every Monday, with up to 100 desks per week across all collection and custom designs; multiple desks in one order each use a production place. Each desk is made to order: we apply its artwork and decorative details, pour and cure the clear epoxy, and finish and inspect it by hand. Order processing starts as soon as full payment is confirmed. Confirmation is often immediate, but payment methods and checks can affect timing. Parts and materials are ordered only after payment is confirmed and the funds are available to YForge. Your assigned production week and estimated delivery date are displayed before payment and recorded in this agreement. Allow 20 business days from that scheduled production start or confirmed full payment, whichever is later, including carrier transit. Earlier delivery is possible. Only selected, itemized upgrades are included. Final written artwork approval is required before decoration; it does not silently restart the delivery clock.

Your custom order

YForge Gaming will customize a YGamerDesk with the artwork and authorized upgrades selected in your cart and approved in writing by you. Your itemized cart, order details, and final written design approval identify the work. The interactive desk and light effects are illustrative previews, not manufacturing drawings or a promise of an exact screen-to-print color match. Any selected powered upgrade requires final written approval of its components and specifications before production. Third-party artwork must be authorized for reproduction.

Price and payment

The base desk price and any selected upgrade prices appear in your signed itemized order summary. Before payment, we show your full delivery charge, applicable tax and complete total. Shipping and handling are calculated from your delivery address. The displayed delivery charge is final for this order and address. The amount shown at checkout is the order price; any lender interest or fees are disclosed separately by the lender before you accept; no additional shipping payment is required for the same order and address. You may leave checkout before payment. The checkout estimate assumes full payment is confirmed today. We order parts and materials only once the full payment is confirmed and the funds are available to YForge. Artwork application and decoration also require final written artwork approval. If payment processing or settlement affects the agreed delivery date, we will contact you for an agreed revised date or a prompt full refund; we will not silently restart your delivery clock. Any eligible installment arrangement is between you and the lender. The lender pays the full order amount to YForge, net of processing fees, and collects your repayments. Approval, repayment term, interest and any down payment are determined by the lender; a 12-month plan is not guaranteed.

Shipping promise

Each YGamerDesk is made to order and hand decorated. We apply the artwork and decorative details, pour and cure the clear epoxy, then finish and inspect the desk by hand. Time for that work is part of the care behind your desk. Your order starts processing as soon as full payment is confirmed. Confirmation is often immediate, but some payment methods or checks take longer. We order parts and materials only after payment is confirmed and the funds are available to YForge. If payment processing or settlement affects your agreed delivery date, we will contact you for an agreed revised date or a prompt full refund. We will not silently restart your delivery clock. Production places open every Monday, with up to 100 desks per week across all collection and custom designs, giving each desk time for careful finishing and quality checks. We continue accepting paid orders into the next available production week. Your assigned production week and estimated delivery date are shown before payment and saved with your order. Allow 20 business days from the scheduled production start or confirmed full payment, whichever is later, including materials, artwork review, decoration, curing, quality checks, packing and carrier transit. The checkout estimate assumes payment is confirmed today. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Written artwork approval is required before decoration. Completed batches ship twice a week, so your order may arrive earlier than this estimate. Your full shipping charge, tax and total are shown before payment. Existing signed orders keep their original terms. The desk ships disassembled from Framingham, Massachusetts 01702. Assembly and in-home setup are not included. Provide a complete delivery address and any access instructions.

Changes and delays

Contact us before approving the design if you need changes. Any later change to the scope, price, or delivery date requires written agreement. If we cannot meet the promised shipment or delivery date, we will notify you, offer a revised date, and let you choose to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. We will not treat a custom order as a waiver of your rights concerning late shipment.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request a full refund of your order payment, including delivery and tax, by emailing yforgegaming@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. Before shipment, cancellation receives a full refund with no cancellation fee. We will confirm your request and process the refund to the original payment method; bank processing time is additional. Sending a request does not itself trigger an instant or automatic refund. If your desk has already shipped, contact us to arrange the return and refund. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.

Hand-decorated collection

Artwork application, decorative details and epoxy finishing are completed by hand for your order. We allow time for curing and quality checks before packing. Collection images are illustrative previews, not a guarantee of identical screen-to-print color. No unlisted accessory, gift or future upgrade is included.

Damage and other problems

Report shipping damage, missing parts, or a mismatch with the approved specification to yforgegaming@gmail.com with your order number and photos when available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Electronic signature

By typing your full name and checking the acceptance box, you intend to sign this agreement electronically and consent to receiving this agreement as an electronic record. You can print or save the agreement and your signed copy from your order tracker. You may contact yforgegaming@gmail.com for a copy or to discuss signing on paper before payment. Keep a copy for your records.
