01 / YOUR DECORATION

Make the room your own.

A considered study space. A gaming setup. A themed bedroom or a calmer living area. Bring the room together through your approved colors, wall finishes, furniture and decorative details.

LED spotlights and decorative lighting use existing outlets. This offer includes no new outlets, fixed wiring, hardwired lighting or major alterations.

02 / OPTIONAL AT MOVE-OUT

Return it to original.

If you choose, YForge can return the decorative work we completed to the room’s documented original condition. We photograph the starting point and record the approved changes, so the restoration scope has a clear reference.

Decoration and restoration are separate services. Restoration is optional, quoted when requested and agreed before that work begins. The client rate is discounted from our regular restoration pricing; your quote sets the actual scope and total. Rental alterations need written property-owner approval.

THE YFORGE THANK-YOU

Restore the room.
Keep the story.

When you complete your room decoration with YForge and later choose and complete paid restoration with us, we gift you a YGamerDesk. A piece of the story, ready for your next home.

One complimentary original-collection YGamerDesk for a qualifying decoration and restoration client.

Plan your YForge chapter Both the original decoration and the later restoration must be completed and paid for with YForge. One gift per qualifying client. The gift is the desk; accessories and optional upgrades are separate. Design choice, production timing and local handover or delivery arrangements are confirmed in your written restoration proposal.

ONE ROOM. A CLEAR RECORD.

Enjoy the stay.
Keep the next step clear.

  1. 01

    Document the original room.

Share the town, room, preferred timing and budget. Before decorating, record the existing finishes and condition, identify the outlets available for lighting, confirm access and obtain any required owner approval.

  2. 02

    Approve your decoration.

Review the design, materials, work, price and timeline in writing. Then let the room become a place that feels personal.

  3. 03

    Choose restoration when needed.

When your move approaches, ask for your preferred client quote. We review the original record, agree on the complete return-to-original scope for our changes and schedule the restoration.
